My experience has been great due to many factors. My rep is the reason that I submit loans to Cardinal as they are very knowledgeable about the process of submitting the loans and products. Disclosures go out immediately once the loan is submitted. Underwriting is very fast and the underwriters respond promptly to questions. Inside reps have been very helpful and funding is smooth!

There are a number of things that make working with Cardinal Financial and their team a great experience for me (mortgage broker), my operations staff, my clients, and all other partners involved in the process. Right from the start, I was impressed with the ease of their systems and their seamless disclosure process.
