My AE is a great rep. They took the time to walk me through the entire process. They stayed on top of the transaction from beginning to end and also trained me on how to use Octane so I could see exactly where my transaction was at any point in the process. I'll be back!

My experience has been great due to many factors. My rep is the reason that I submit loans to Cardinal as they are very knowledgeable about the process of submitting the loans and products. Disclosures go out immediately once the loan is submitted. Underwriting is very fast and the underwriters respond promptly to questions. Inside reps have been very helpful and funding is smooth!
