Brian is a great rep. He took the time to walk me through the entire process. He stayed on top of this transaction from beginning to end. He also trained me on how to use Octane so I could see exactly where my transaction was at any point in the process. I'll be back!

Communication all the way through the process is awesome. Automated e-mails at certain stages and solid follow-up from underwriters. Octane is very user friendly and easy to master.
